Visitor information:
If a visitor leaves a comment on the blog we will store the following details:
- You’re name
- You’re email address
- Your business
This information will not be shared with any other individual, company or group. (Other than the public facing information seen when a comment is made).
Comment Cookie:
When visitors comment on a post within the blog, they too get cookies stored on their computer. This is purely a convenience, so that the visitor won’t need to re-type all their information again when they want to leave another comment. Three cookies are set for commenters:
- comment_author_{HASH}
- comment_author_email_{HASH}
- comment_author_url_{HASH}
The commenter cookies are set to expire a little under one year from the time they’re set.
Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics to track social shares made at our website. Twitter Tweet:
We use a Twitter Tweet widget at our website. As a result, our website makes requests to Twitter’s servers for you to be able to tweet our webpages using your Twitter account.
